Consider for a moment: If you woke up tomorrow and found your life to be problem and worry free… how would you know, what would be different?
Answering this question can be the first step to positive change in your life. Over time we may create barriers in our life by conditioned patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. You must decide whether or not to let these patterns stand in the way of creating and living the life you seek for yourself or your family.
I believe every individual has both the ability and responsibility to create the life they want. This is where a non-judging and supportive therapeutic relationship can be an invaluable resource to change. It would be my privilege to have the opportunity to meet with you, hear your unique story and work with you to explore the differences you would like to see in your life. Together, we will develop a plan for positive change.

Are you looking for the missing joy and laughter? And yet, when time flies and all this juggling and these roles disappear and a calm settles in, will you feel an identity or did you lose sight of what defines you? We will explore your concerns, recognize your strengths, develop tools, and design a plan that will empower you to reach your goals.
Medical issues can affect us both physiologically and psychologically; and have an impact on family members and caretakers as well. Experiencing injury and pain, a serious illness, ongoing medical procedures, or undergoing an invasive or frightening treatment can create stress, anxiety, and fear. When faced with a stressful medical issue, how do you take care of yourself and learn to cope in a healthy way? And for those issues with longer-standing effects, what will it take and how do you go about establishing a new sense of normal or routine? I would like to help you design a plan of action, develop new coping skills, and manage the stress and anxiety as you regain the quiet confidence of balance to your
