Philosophy

I believe that everyone has a story to tell. It is my objective to provide a safe and tranquil place for you to tell that story. By having the courage to do so, you can discover your own internal strength and personal power, which allows growth and change to occur. I will listen with compassion and understanding and provide guidance to help you uncover a new and peaceful you. Thank you for allowing me to hear your story.

Special Areas of Interest

Play Therapy

As a preschool teacher and a mother of two, I am passionate about working with children through play as well as helping families better improve connection and promote healthier dynamics and relationships. In addition to working with children, I also provide individual, couple and group counseling to adolescents and adults. My areas of interest with all ages are grief, anxiety, depression, and behavioral changes.
