I believe that everyone has a story to tell. It is my objective to provide a safe and tranquil place for you to tell that story. By having the courage to do so, you can discover your own internal strength and personal power, which allows growth and change to occur. I will listen with compassion and understanding and provide guidance to help you uncover a new and peaceful you. Thank you for allowing me to hear your story.
PLAY THERAPY

As a previous preschool teacher  of 15 years and a mother of two, I am passionate about working with children through play as well as helping families better improve connection and promote healthier dynamics and relationships.

COUNSELING TEENS

Adolescents is a difficult time. It is a time of self discovery and learning how to navigate relationships. I have experience working with teens struggling with self harm, confidence and friendships. I am passionate about providing a safe place for teens to explore who they are and how to feel confident in their own skin.

PARENTING SKILLS

I believe a strong and healthy family dynamic is crucial to supporting children and teens. I enjoy working with parents on creating unity in parenting, identifying parenting roles and how to more effectively communicate within the family.

I am also trained in the “children in the middle’ co-parenting curriculum and enjoy working with parents whose goal is to improve the co-parenting relationship. I understand the grief and barriers associated with co-parenting and I work with both parents on how to create consistency and structure to best support the child.
